Budget 2019: The Federation of All India Farmer Associations (FAIFA) has encouraged Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to address a mistake in cigarette tax collection under the new expense routine, which did not represent the falling impact on extract obligation that existed in the pre-GST framework.
